Tabi ki her \u015feyde bir geli\u015fme olacakt\u0131r bunda da oldu\u011fu gibi. Zenginlerin bedel \u00f6demesi ve f\u00e2kihlerin (imamlar\u0131n ) askere al\u0131nmamas\u0131 bunlardan baz\u0131 \u00f6rneklerdir. K\u00f6y halk\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitime fazla zaman ay\u0131ramad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7a\u011flarda sava\u015flar\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00f6\u00e7lerin habire yap\u0131l\u0131r olmas\u0131, e\u015fkiyal\u0131\u011f\u0131n daha yak\u0131n zamana kadar s\u00fcrmesi, mektep ve medreselerin k\u00f6yde bulunmay\u0131\u015f\u0131, fakirli\u011fin etkileri gibi sebeplerden dolay\u0131 e\u011fitimden pek fazla nasiplenememi\u015flerdir. Sonralar\u0131 k\u00f6yden giderek d\u0131\u015far\u0131da oku- yan, fak\u0131 (f\u00e2kih) unvan\u0131yla \u00e7ok derin olmasa da baz\u0131 hocalar yeti\u015f-mi\u015ftir. Bunu takiben Kur\u2019an kurslar\u0131ndan mezun olup \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerde im\u00e2m-hatip g\u00f6revini yapan hocalar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemine kadar kendi k\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn fak\u0131lar\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 eskimez yaz\u0131 ile okut- mu\u015flard\u0131r. Ali Fak\u0131 ve Nur Fak\u0131 (Nuri) bunlardand\u0131r. Dolays\u0131yla oku- lu olmayan halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n okur-yazar\u0131 da yok denecek kadar azd\u0131. Bilen- ler de askerde veya okulu olan k\u00f6ylerde yahutta \u00f6zel gayretleriyle yeni harfleri \u00f6\u011frenerek \u00e7atpat okuma yapabiliyorlard\u0131. Bu durum k\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ilk e\u011fitmeni olan Kaz\u0131m Y\u0131lmaz\u2019\u0131n, e\u011fitmen olup da k\u00f6ydeki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 okutmaya ba\u015flatmas\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Cumhu- riyet d\u00f6nemine yak\u0131n ve ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda k\u00f6y odalar\u0131nda bazen camide olmak \u00fczere okumalar yap\u0131l\u0131rken, 1938\u2019da yeni harflerle ilk\u00f6\u011fretime ge\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. 1938\u2019de yap\u0131lan bir imtihanla, k\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn&nbsp;&nbsp;ilk e\u011fitmeni olan Kaz\u0131m Y\u0131lmaz, Eski\u015fehir\u2019de okumu\u015f ve e\u011fitmen olmu\u015ftu. 1938-1939\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda ilkokul olarak Onba\u015f\u0131n\u0131n odas\u0131nda ilk e\u011fitim veril-meye ba\u015flan\u0131r. Bunu takip eden y\u0131llarda, ustal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Mustafa Arslan\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 imece usul\u00fcyle kerpi\u00e7ten yap\u0131lan ilkokul 1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llara kadar hizmet verir. Daha sonra bu okul da y\u0131k\u0131larak ve ayn\u0131 yerine Halim Arslan\u2019\u0131n muhtarl\u011f\u0131 zaman\u0131nda \u015fu anki betonarme olan ilkokul, Nur Fak\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yel de\u011firmeninin yerine de okulun k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yap\u0131l\u0131r ve 1963\u2019de faaliyete ge\u00e7er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan itibaren fabrikalara girenlerin say\u0131s\u0131nda bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6zlenirken, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n da ortaokullara, \u00e7\u0131rak okullar\u0131na ve \u00f6\u011f- retmen okullar\u0131na g\u00f6nderilmesine ba\u015flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eehire gidenlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu MKE fabrikalar\u0131na gire- rek i\u015f\u00e7i, devlet kademelerinde memur olarak istihdam edilmi\u015flerdir. \u0130lk etapta ortaokul, sonralar\u0131 lise, \u00f6\u011fretmen okulu ve daha sonralar\u0131 da \u00fcniversite bitirenler olmu\u015f ve bunlar devlet kadrolar\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli dallarda memur olarak g\u00f6rev al\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fczden \u015fu ana kadar b\u00fcrokrat veya \u00fcst kademede g\u00f6rev yapan bir g\u00f6revliye rastlan\u0131lmaz. En fazla imar m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, lise m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, m\u00fchendislik, \u00f6\u011fretmenlik, astsubayl\u0131k ve polislik gibi kademelerde g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">60\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda, 70\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ilk ba\u015flar\u0131nda tar\u0131mda makinele\u015fmeye ge\u00e7ilir. Bu y\u0131llarda \u015fehire g\u00f6\u00e7enler, okullara girenler, yeni i\u015flere ba\u015flayanlar olduk\u00e7a fazlad\u0131r. K\u00f6yde yeni yeni \u00e7at\u0131 ve ev yenileme i\u015fleri h\u0131zlan\u0131r. 70\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n hepsi, 80\u2019li y\u0131llar\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131 trakt\u00f6rlere, ev yenileme ve yap\u0131mlar\u0131na, d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlere, kooperatiflere bor\u00e7lanmayla ge\u00e7er. 1979\u2019da elektri\u011fin girmesiyle beraber ikinci b\u00fcy\u00fck bor\u00e7lanma ba\u015flar. Televizyon ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ev ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7leri bir rek\u00e2bet havas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde al\u0131n\u0131r. D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnlerin pa- hal\u0131ya m\u00e2l olmas\u0131 hayat\u0131 zora sokar. Gen\u00e7lerinin isteklerinin ard\u0131 arkas\u0131 kesilmez. Bu istekler fantezi bir hayata y\u00f6neltirken, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bor\u00e7lanmalar k\u00f6yl\u00fcye nefes ald\u0131rmaz. Bu d\u00f6nem hemen herkesi etki- lemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vadesi ge\u00e7en bor\u00e7lar katlanarak artar. Arazi gelirlerinin azl\u0131- \u011f\u0131, \u00e7o\u011falan n\u00fcfusa yetmez olur. \u0130nsanlar bir aray\u0131\u015f i\u00e7erisindedirler. Kimileri kendilerini tefecide bulur, kimileri ala yorgan\u0131 sarar s\u0131rt\u0131na, kimileri okumaya y\u00f6nelir, kimileri bir i\u015f yeri a\u00e7maya yeltenir. Ama bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc de k\u00f6y\u00fcn elindeki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131n hepsinin yok olmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyemez. K\u00f6y\u00fcn 5-6 s\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc t\u00fckenmi\u015f, buza\u011f\u0131 s\u00fc- r\u00fcs\u00fc yok olmu\u015f, s\u0131\u011f\u0131r s\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc de 250\u2019lerden 100\u2019lerin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fer.&nbsp;&nbsp;B\u00f6l\u00fcnen tarlalar, ge\u00e7imi sa\u011flayamaz olur. Halk art\u0131k borcu ve ge\u00e7imi i\u00e7in yava\u015f yava\u015f motorunu ve topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 satar bir duruma d\u00fc\u015fecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu durum adeta bir toplumun sanki mali \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f habercisidir. Ancak bu durum t\u00fcm aileler i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. Aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yorgan\u0131na g\u00f6re uzatan ve ak\u0131ll\u0131 ad\u0131m atanlar m\u00fcstesnad\u0131rlar tabii. Motorcular varille mazot almay\u0131 unutmu\u015f, depo veya bidonla almaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hepsi de\u011fil ama \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu yumurta ve tavu\u011fu \u015fehirden almaya ba\u015flar. Gidi\u015f\u00e2t iyi de\u011fildir. Hemen herkes kara kara d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr olur\u2026 1950 den \u00f6nceki eli nas\u0131rl\u0131, kara benizli, urbas\u0131 yamal\u0131 ve aya\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ar\u0131kl\u0131 Anadolu\u2019nun bu \u00e7ileke\u015f insanlar\u0131 mutlu de\u011fildirler. \u00c7ar\u0131k yok, yamal\u0131 elbise de yok\u2026Yok ama y\u00fczlerde mutluluk da yoktur art\u0131k\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu bir yazg\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r? Devletin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f ekonomik politikas\u0131ndan m\u0131d\u0131r? Yoksa fertlerin kendi yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndan m\u0131d\u0131r? Bilinmez ama ortada bir ger\u00e7ek vard\u0131r. O da, ekonomik s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ve eski g\u00fcnlerin aran\u0131l\u0131r olmas\u0131d\u0131r\u2026Birine dokunsan bin ah i\u015fitirsin\u2026 Burada bir \u00f6z ele\u015ftiri yaparsak; hoca Nasrettin\u2019in: \u201cYahu h\u0131rs\u0131z\u0131n hi\u00e7 mi su\u00e7u yok?\u201d dedi\u011fi gibi, \u201chalk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hi\u00e7 mi su\u00e7u yok?\u201d dersek acaba haks\u0131zl\u0131k etmi\u015f olur muyuz?..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir zamanlar Keskin kaymakam\u0131 olan Ekrem Bey\u2019in&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;pazardan so\u011fan alan bir k\u00f6yl\u00fcye \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015farak \u201cas\u0131l bu so\u011fan\u0131 senin satman l\u00e2z\u0131m\u201d diyerek azarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlat\u0131l\u0131r. Yumurtay\u0131 dahi \u015fehirden getiren, kurbanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan alan k\u00f6yl\u00fcye ikaz i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir y\u00f6netici gerekmez mi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zaten insanlar\u0131n mayas\u0131nda vard\u0131r, su\u00e7u ba\u015fkalar\u0131nda aray\u0131p kendini temize \u00e7\u0131karma \u00f6zelli\u011fi\u2026 Oysa ki ayn\u0131 k\u00f6y\u00fcn ayn\u0131 insan\u0131, akl\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ayn\u0131 ortamlarda olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen d\u00fczl\u00fc\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kabilmenin, huzuru yakalaman\u0131n \u00f6rne\u011fini de g\u00f6sterebilmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7ok \u015feylere sahip olmak, her \u015fey olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi; sade bir me- k\u00e2nda s\u0131rt\u0131 yamal\u0131 \u201cyar\u0131 a\u00e7 yar\u0131 tok\u201d olmak da, her \u015feyi kaybetmek demek de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekonomi \u015f\u00fcphesiz, her ferdin ve her toplumun ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131, geli\u015fimini, psikolojisini, g\u00fc\u00e7 ve iktidar\u0131n\u0131 etkin k\u0131lan unsurlardand\u0131r. Bir yerde ekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k yoksa, orada insanlar\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr k\u0131lan hemen her nesne, o ki\u015fileri \u201cbir \u015feyleri veya her \u015feyleri yapma\u201ddan mahrum k\u0131lar\u2026Kesesi tefeciye, kazanc\u0131 krediye, akl\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131ya giden birisinden bir \u015fey beklenebilir mi?.. Ancak ondan ge\u00e7mi\u015fin avuntusu, gelece\u011fin umudu ve elinden \u00e7aresizlik gelecektir\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ah\u0131r\u0131nda bir ine\u011fi, bir e\u015fe\u011fi; alt\u0131nda has\u0131r \u00fcst\u00fc ot d\u00f6\u015fe\u011fi, oca\u011f\u0131nda bulgur \u00e7orbas\u0131n\u0131n pi\u015fti\u011fi, elinde nas\u0131r\u0131, aya\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ar\u0131\u011f\u0131 mutlu olan bu insanlardan; evleri \u00e7at\u0131l\u0131, atl\u0131-arabal\u0131, boynu yakal\u0131, s\u0131rt\u0131 yamas\u0131z urbal\u0131, bu\u011fday dolu harman\u0131, televizyon ve telefonlu ama mutsuz bu insanlara\u2026 Evet nerdeeen nereye?..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peki b\u00f6yle mi gidecek? Elbette hay\u0131r. Hi\u00e7bir \u015fey Allah\u2019tan ba\u015fka kal\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u0130ni\u015fler mutlak \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fl\u0131d\u0131r. Herhangi bir \u015feyde dibe vurmu\u015fsa, art\u0131k zirveye \u00e7\u0131kman\u0131n ilk basama\u011f\u0131 da orada ba\u015flar. Her derdin bir \u00e7aresi oldu\u011fu gibi, bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n da bir \u00e7aresi ve bir sonu olacakt\u0131r. Burada akla \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6neriler gelir. Acizane aff\u0131n\u0131za s\u0131\u011f\u0131narak baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralayabiliriz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara ailenin t\u00fcm fertleriyle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k&nbsp;&nbsp;verilmeli. Bunca bor\u00e7 varken, zaruri olmad\u0131k\u00e7a yenilerine gidilmemeli, faizli paralar\u0131 ne pahas\u0131na olursa olsun \u00f6deyip bir daha da yana\u015f\u0131lmamal\u0131. Daima her \u015feyde ve her yerde, t\u00fcm aile fertleriyle tutumlu olunmal\u0131. \u0130htiya\u00e7 diyerek gereksiz e\u015fya al\u0131nmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Bor\u00e7lar\u0131 zaman\u0131ndan \u00f6nce haz\u0131rlay\u0131p, g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00f6demeyi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirmelidir. \u201c\u00d6deme gayreti i\u00e7inde olanlara, Allah gerekli kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r\u201d d\u00fcs- turuna tam iman edilmelidir\u2026&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00fcfusun \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 arazilerin ve k\u0131t olan gelirlerin yetersiz kalmas\u0131, i\u015f sahas\u0131n\u0131n olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131, hayvan say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n giderek azalma g\u00f6stermesi, huzursuz olan toplumun huzurunu iyiden iyiye ka\u00e7\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olacak ki yava\u015f yava\u015f k\u00f6yden g\u00f6\u00e7ler ba\u015flar ba\u015fka diyarlara. Te- lefonlar\u0131n gelmesi, gen\u00e7lerin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlere gidip gelmeleri, el sanatlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik faaliyetlerin k\u00f6yde sergilenmesi, gelenekte g\u00f6renekte ve ahl\u00e2ki davran\u0131\u015flarda farkl\u0131l\u0131klar kendini g\u00f6sterir. Sanki \u201c<strong>eski Selaml\u0131, yeni Selaml\u0131<\/strong>\u201d dedirtecek bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, \u00f6l\u00fcm ve benzeri durumlarda k\u00fcsl\u00fckler bir kenara b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131p hep birliktelik i\u00e7erisinde olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zellik di\u011fer k\u00f6y lerde pek bu kadar de\u011fildir. Bundan dolay\u0131d\u0131r ki \u00e7evre k\u00f6yler bizim k\u00f6y\u00fc hep k\u0131skan\u0131r olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Evlilikler genelde akraba ve k\u00f6y i\u00e7inden oldu\u011fu gibi, uzakl\u0131 yak\u0131nl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan da olmu\u015ftur. Bu evlilikler \u00f6nce d\u00fcn\u00fcrc\u00fcl\u00fck (k\u0131z isteme), ard\u0131ndan ya\u011fl\u0131k ba\u011flama (alt\u0131n takma), sonra y\u00fcz\u00fck ve ni\u015fan gibi t\u00f6releri takip ederek d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnle neticelenir. Geni\u015f bilgi i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnler b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne bak\u0131n\u0131z.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc olu\u015fturan ilk atalar\u0131m\u0131zdan, cumhuriyetin ilk yar\u0131s\u0131na kadar tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k hep babadan kalma usullerle yap\u0131la gelmi\u015ftir. Ziraat\u0131n belli ba\u015fl\u0131 aletleri kazma, k\u00fcrek, \u00e7apa (\u00e7e- pin) iken; ka\u011fn\u0131, kara saban, pulluk, d\u00fcven, t\u0131rpan, yaba, dirgen, anadut, t\u0131rm\u0131k gibi ren\u00e7berli\u011fin temel ara\u00e7lar\u0131 da 1970\u2019li y\u0131llara kadar kullan\u0131l\u0131r olmu\u015ftur. 1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan ba\u015flamak kayd\u0131yla teklemeden de olsa makineli (trakt\u00f6r-bi\u00e7erd\u00f6ver) tar\u0131ma ge\u00e7i\u015f yap\u0131l\u0131r, fenni g\u00fcbre kullan\u0131m\u0131 bu y\u0131llara rast gelir. 1970\u2019li y\u0131llardan itibaren hazine arazileri ve ormanl\u0131k yerlerden yeni tarla a\u00e7malar\u0131 ba\u015flar.
